Emergency Pet Care & Home Visit Service
Derbyfield Kennel in Harwich, MA provides reliable emergency pet assistance when unexpected situations prevent you from getting home. Our experienced team offers emergency pet pickup, in-home visits, medication support, and compassionate care to ensure your pets stay safe, comfortable, and cared for when you need us most. With Pet CPR and First Aid trained staff, your pet’s safety and comfort remain our highest priority.
Eligibility Requirements
Emergency Pet Assistance is available to existing Derbyfield Kennel clients whose pets have previously boarded with us. To ensure we can provide safe and timely care, clients must have:

A current client profile on file

Updated emergency contact information

Written authorization to enter the home or retrieve the pet

Current vaccination records, including:

Rabies
-
Distemper (DHPP)

Bordetella
-
Canine Influenza
-
-
A signed Emergency Pet Assistance Agreement
