When unexpected situations keep you from getting home, Derbyfield Kennel provides safe and reliable emergency pet pickup services for established clients. Our experienced team will come to your home, safely transport your dog, and provide comfortable care at our kennel until you are able to return.

Eligibility Requirements
Emergency Pet Assistance is available to existing Derbyfield Kennel clients whose pets have previously boarded with us. To ensure we can provide safe and timely care, clients must have:

A current client profile on file

Updated emergency contact information

Written authorization to enter the home or retrieve the pet

Current vaccination records, including:

Rabies
-
Distemper (DHPP)

Bordetella
-
Canine Influenza
-
-
A signed Emergency Pet Assistance Agreement
